Conversion From Another Accounting System? No Problem!
During checklist review with you, we will go over any conversion requirements for accounts payable, accounts receivable open balances, inventory balances, fixed assets, loan balances, and other assets. During this review, we will determine the requirements and extent of conversion necessary. Normally, setting up such open balances for accounts payable and accounts receivable can be extensive. We will go over a plan with you for minimizing setup price associated with setting up these balances.
If you are converting from an accounting system for which there are available tools for that conversion (Peachtree, Quicken, etc.), the conversion fee is $100.
If extensive data entry is required, our fee is $35.00 per hour.
