To prepare for the seminar and to receive the most
benefit from it, we are asking you to take a brief
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SCORECARD survey.  This
survey accomplishes two purposes:

  1. Enables us to provide you with an
    assessment of your present financial
    management readiness and to respond to
    them during the seminar.
  2. To provide you feedback through a scorecard
    on your strengths and weaknesses in
    financial management and what strategies
    you need for improvement.

To take this FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SCORECARD,
you will need to register for the seminar.  Once you
register, you will receive an e-mail with a
spreadsheet attachment.  This attachment will
provide you all the instructions you need to taking the
Financial Management Scorecard.
